I've been in business for almost 20 years, and I've seen it all. I've seen successful business owners, and I've seen business owners who are struggling. But I've noticed that the business owners who complain the most are usually the ones who aren't willing to do the work.

I've heard business owners complain about everything from their employees to customers to the economy. But the one thing they never seem to complain about is themselves. They never seem to take responsibility for their own shortcomings. They always seem to find someone else to blame.

I always teach my clients two important business and life skills: accountability and consistency. These two skills will carry you throughout your life because they will help you stay focused on your goals and persist when working within your God-given purpose.

So, if you're a business owner constantly complaining about your business, I have one question: What are you doing to fix it? If you're unwilling to do the work, you won't succeed. It's that simple.

The Lord will send a blessing on your barns and on everything you put your hand to. The Lord your God will bless you in the land he is giving you.

Deuteronomy 28:8 is a clear testament to God blessing those willing to help themselves and do the work that needs to be done. If you want to be successful in business, you have to be willing to put in the work. There are no shortcuts.

If you're willing to put in the work, then you can overcome any obstacle. So don't be a business owner who complains but doesn't do the work. Be a business owner who takes action and makes things happen.
