Refunds, Terms and Conditions
Our goal at Wise, Armstrong and Associates, L.L.C. is to make sure we provide you with the proper tools that will assist you with your growth and development.
With that being said, down below is our return policy. Please read and make sure you understand everything clearly.
Workshops/Events/Conferences: Since space is limited at the workshops and time is reserved for consulting services, Wise, Armstrong and Associates, L.L.C will not issue a refund. In the event a registrant is unable to attend a workshop, we will allow the registrant to transfer his or her registration up until 48 hours before the event. We will require that the transferee provide full registration information in writing to email@example.com. They will need to provide name, phone number, email address and personal address.
In the event a workshop is canceled, Wise, Armstrong and Associates, L.L.C. will reschedule the workshop at the same location or another location within 30 miles of the original location (the “Rescheduled Workshop”). Each registrant will be notified of such change by email (the “Notice) and will be automatically registered for the Rescheduled Workshop. In the event the registrant is unable to attend the Rescheduled Workshop and there is no other workshop that the registrant is able to attend as a substitute to the original workshop, the registrant must provide written request of a refund within seven days of the date of the Notice (the “Refund Request”) or they will receive a credit for one future workshop of equal or less value in terms of the price. This will expire within one year of the rescheduled workshop.
All clients must fill out Coaching Agreements prior to starting any Coaching Program. Upon execution of this Agreement, Client shall be responsible for the full extent of the fee, regardless of whether Client completes the full extent of services offered by Coach. Upon execution of this agreement, all payments towards the Fee shall be collectible and non-refundable. After twenty-four hours of paying the fee (full balance or first deposit) there is no refund. If client decides to do the payment plan, if clients decides she does not want to participate and she has filled out the agreement, she is still required to pay the remaining balance. Client is responsible for full payment of fees for the entire Program, regardless of whether Client completes the Program.

A refund or exchange will be issued when the product has been returned and received by us undamaged, as new within 30 days of purchase.
There are no refunds on digital products. Digital Products is a general phrase used to describe any goods that are stored, delivered and used in its electronic format. These items are shipped electronically to the consumer through email or download from the Internet.
